I’m Bea Vida, a certified economist, Body & Mind coach, business coach, and a trauma-informed Hatha and women’s yoga instructor.

Health is very importance to me, and I firmly believe that emotional harmony is essential for physical well-being. However, the reverse is also true: we need to consciously care for our bodies to achieve emotional balance. As the phrase says, "there could be a sound mind only in a sound body."

Finding our center can help us lead a more balanced life, in which self-awareness, inner work, and body awareness play a crucial role. My goal is to provide holistic support to those who seek me out, helping them find both physical and emotional balance, as well as aiding in their personal development.

After many years of working in the banking sector, I decided to take a new path, and I’ve never regretted that decision. My life was filled with work-related stress and anxiety, strong self-esteem issues, the pressure to meet expectations, health challenges, and difficulties with starting a family. BUT I believe that these experiences all helped me reevaluate my life, discover my true purpose, and deepen my self-awareness. I realized that life is full of challenges, but I also believe that every life event teaches us something, if we are open to seeing the lesson and reevaluating our experiences.

My goal in our coaching work together is to provide you with support from various perspectives in order to achieve effective and sustainable solutions for your current life challenges.

In my Body & Mind coaching service, I tailor various coaching techniques to the individual and, if you are open to it, I am happy to incorporate breathing techniques, meditation, and other mindfulness practices into the process. These tools can help reduce stress, calm the mind, and foster presence. Additionally, private yoga sessions can be integrated into the coaching process if desired.
