Ha szeretnél elmélyülni a kellemes és nyugtató hangok rezgésében, átadnád magad a zene gyógyító és feltöltő energiáinak, vagy csak kicsit megpihennél, akkor ez a Hangfürdő most Neked szól!
A hangfürdő egy vezetett relaxációval kezdődik, hogy segítsen megérkezni akárhonnan jövünk is, majd tibeti hangtálakkal és különböző hangszerek sokszínűségével lazítunk. Majd a hangfürdő második részében nagyobb szerepet kap a handpan, mely mennyei frekvenciáival segít betölteni a könnyedséget, lágyságot, önszeretetet, önelfogadást.
A programot Szabadi Andrea tartja, aki egyike az első női handpan művészeknek, énekes, zeneszerző, hangterapeuta és jóga oktató. Hosszabb távol-keleti utazásai során kezdett zenélésbe 2010-ben. Először gitárt és éneklést tanult, majd hamarosan a hanggyógyításba is bekapcsolódott gong, tibeti hangtálak, handpan és egyéb hasonló hangszerek által. A handpannel a nemzetközi porondon is keresett művész, tudását pedig idő közben elkezdte átadni. Hangszerei egy része házi készítésű, ugyanis férje neves handpan készítő és együtt pedig cső harangokat fejlesztenek.
Andrea itthon a koncertek és hangfürdők mellett, ének köröket és gyerek programokat is tart. A zenére úgy tekint, mint egy gyógyító térre, ahol meg lehet nyugodni, elengedni a hétköznapok feszültségét, ahol teljes az őszinteség, a nyitottság és az érzelmek minden tartománya. Úgy gondolja, hogy a zene egy ünnep, egy ima, és ebben mindenki részt vehet legalább énekléssel, hiszen a saját hangunk a leggyógyítóbb erő.

We warmly invite everyone to a special Sound Journey at the Downdog Oktogon studio!
If you would like to immerse yourself in the vibrations of soothing and calming sounds, surrender to the healing and energizing powers of music, or simply take a moment to rest, then this Sound Bath is for you!
The sound bath begins with a guided relaxation to help you arrive, no matter where you're coming from. Then, we relax with Tibetan singing bowls and the diversity of various instruments. In the second part of the sound bath, the handpan takes on a greater role, with its heavenly frequencies helping to fill you with lightness, softness, self-love, and self-acceptance.
The program is led by Andrea Szabadi, one of the first female handpan artists, a singer, composer, sound therapist, and yoga instructor. She began playing music during her extensive travels in the Far East in 2010. Initially, she learned guitar and singing, and soon after, she became involved in sound healing with the gong, Tibetan singing bowls, handpan, and other similar instruments. Andrea is a sought-after artist on the international stage with the handpan, and she has also started passing on her knowledge. Some of her instruments are handmade, as her husband is a renowned handpan maker, and together they develop tubular bells.
In Hungary, in addition to concerts and sound baths, Andrea also hosts singing circles and children's programs. She views music as a healing space where one can find peace, release the stresses of everyday life, and experience total honesty, openness, and the full range of emotions. She believes that music is a celebration, a prayer, and everyone can participate at least by singing, as our own voice is the most healing power.
