Yoga has always been an anchor in my life, through times of joy and uncertainty. I truly believe that my purpose is to share this practice and philosophy with others, to teach and guide others in their own journey of self inquiry.
I studied traditional Hatha Yoga in Rishikesh India, after travelling through Southeast Asia and immersing myself in Eastern culture for almost a decade.
I have a background in psychology and creative arts therapies, and with this background I aim to bring a holistic lense into my sessions to help you in your personal healing journey.
I love teaching all levels of yoga, from dynamic Hatha to slower restorative flows, because both are vital. Dynamic practices build resiliency, while slower flows guide us into stillness, softness, and deep inner listening. My classes invite students to turn inward, to rediscover their own rhythms, and to cultivate stillness in a busy world - honouring that true yoga is not just a physical practice, but a deep exploration guided by breath and awareness.
Yoga can help us stay regulated, heal, and reconnect with ourselves in a compassionate way.
My goal is to hold a safe space for all who join my sessions.
Come as you are, honour your journey.
I look forward to guiding you in your practice!
Namaste,
Kristina
