I acquainted with yoga in 2019. At first, it was just stretching, working with the spine, and having a greater mood for a day. Until I met my teacher. Her classes opened me to the deeper side of yoga. That period yoga has become an irreplaceable part of my life. She also was the one who introduced me to Ashtanga yoga. I was inspired by her and went to India for a teacher training course.

Yoga is the way to learn how to control your body to control your mind. After a good yoga class, I feel reborn and have a feeling of total happiness and equanimity. Now, I do Ashtanga yoga as a personal practice and teach Hatha yoga in a more a more traditional way.

I invite you to my classes and hope to become a mediator to this peaceful state of mind.
