Intensive Hatha flow

Hatha yoga is a foundational branch of yoga that emphasizes physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama) to achieve balance between mind and body.

Intensive Hatha yoga flow is directed to strengthen the whole body, increase the joint mobility and flexibility, and calm the mind through controlled breathing techniques. This style of yoga is suitable for intermediate and advanced practitioners.

During the full moon and new mood days the practice is more gentle and is focused to calm and stabilize ourselves through the relaxing asanas and pranayama.
