Returning to the Self: The Space Between Seasons

A Yoga and Meditation Ritual

The summer season is slowly leaving us behind, and in yogic traditions, this time of year can be seen as an opportunity for transition, reflection, and turning inward.

Join me on the final Saturday of August, just after the final full moon of the summer season, for a special gathering dedicated to intention, reflection, and connection through yoga and meditation.

For this special 90-minute session, I’ll guide you through a practice designed to help you embody the transition into a new season and reflect on what that change means for you. We’ll begin with a short asana practice, focusing on fluid movement to awaken and balance our energy while preparing the body and mind for inward reflection.

From there, we’ll move into a special dynamic meditation practice, incorporating gentle hand gestures and musical cues to encourage deeper awareness and exploration of our inner world. This practice will create space to process, let go, and gently prepare ourselves for the season ahead. After the meditation, there will be time for quiet reflection and journaling. Before closing our practice, I invite you to stay, share, and connect with one another over herbal tea and healthy biscuits.
